Terms and Conditions

• Promo period is from February 15, 2023 – March 15, 2023.
• Customers are entitled to join the raffle by:
  1. Kuhanan ng video ang sarili kasama ang iyong kaibigan o kapamilya na ginagaya ang digital film: naka-angkas sa taong nagtutunog-motor.
  2. I-upload ang iyong video sa aming website: motorace.ph/paandarngsuwertepromo/
     OPTIONAL: P’wede niyo ring i-post ang inyong entry sa inyong Facebook page at i-tag ang Motor Ace Philippines. Gamitin ang #MotorAcePaandarNgSuwertePromo
  3. Abangan ang announcement of winners sa Motor Ace Facebook page para malaman kung masasama kayo sa mga maswerteng mananalo.

• Customer must completely fill-up the online registration form on motorace.ph/paandarngsuwertepromo/ with the following details (Complete names of the participants, Address, Email Address, Region, Contact number)
• Deadline for submission of entries is on March 15, 2023 11:59PM.
• Determination of winner(s) will be held on March 15, 2023 – March 16, 2023.
• Criteria for judging is as follows:
  1. Ibang klase ang trip (50%) – Gumawa ng sarili nilang unique and creative twist sa Motor Ace ‘Gulong’ film.
  2. Trip na trip ang skit (25%) – Todo-bigay ang tropa sa pag-arte.
  3. Todo bigay ang trip (20%) – Maganda ang production level ng video! Malinaw ang audio at visual.
  4. Lakas ng trip! (5%) – May audience impact at napatawa ang mga hurado!

  • There will be a total of 28 winners

• Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by Motor Ace.
• The prizes are not convertible to cash nor transferrable or convertible to cash but non-transferrable.
• Winners shall be notified via registered mail, email and SMS, and their names will be posted at Motor Ace Philippines Inc. Facebook Page.
• Winner may claim his/her prize at the nearest branch available.
• To claim the prize, winners must present proof of winning and an identification card.
• If claiming thru an authorized representative, present the authorization letter, proof of winning, and identification card of both the representative and the winner.
• Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor of Motor Ace with prior approval of DTI.
• All employees of Motor Ace may include others i.e ad agency, merchants etc. and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.

  • Upon the consent of the participants, their entries may be made public and may be used by Motor Ace for social media purposes related to this campaign.
