QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Must have a Driver’s License.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage a team of branch employees, providing training, support, and performance feedback.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, developing and implementing strategies to grow revenue.
- Manage daily branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, resolving customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Manage branch inventory, ordering and stocking products as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective action as needed.
- Prepare regular reports on branch performance, sales, and other key metrics.
- Maintain a safe and clean branch environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and the local community.
- Almost always in the fieldwork.
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
- Other duties as assigned by the Area Supervisor & Regional Operations Manager.
