QUALIFICATIONS:
– Bachelor of Commerce preferably Major in Sales & Marketing, Economics, Accounting
or Financial Manager
– 3-5 years of working experience in the same field
– Knowledgeable on confilct management, problem solving and analyzing data
– With good communication & interpersonal skills
– Can understand administrative & clerical procedures
– Computer literate (MS Office: Word, Excel, Power point)
– With excellent negotiation, management and leadership skills

PROVIDES SUPERIOR LEVEL OF CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND PROMOTE THE SALES AND SERVICE CULTURE THROUGH COACHING, GUIDANCE & STAFF MOTIVATIONS; ACHIEVE BRANCH SALES GOALS, THROUGH NEW BUSINESS SALES , REFERRAL AND RETENTIONS OF ACCOUNTS RELATIONSHIPS.D
